Our jewellery will be delivered to you packaged safely with a beautiful box or pouch.

If you are sending our special pieces to a special someone as a gift, we can attach/include a hand written card with your special message, simply fill in the extra info field as you checkout, and we will send you an e-mail to confirm your request before dispatch.

** Deliveries are free for orders over £100 within the UK, and it usually takes 3-5 working days.

Other shipping charged will be automatically shown at checkout depending on your location, and the items purchased.

Next day delivery option also available for urgent orders, check your cart as you finish shopping.

Your signature is requested upon delivery, to secure the items reaches you safely. We use Royal Mail, DPD Or FedEx shipping services (we search for the best rate based on your location and the choice of shipping preferable to you).

Further Information

Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment. If we have a problem processing your order and are unable to contact you using the phone number given, it may delay your order.

 

Returns & Exchange

For hygienic reasons we regret to return or exchange any earrings, all other items can be returned or exchanged with original package intact and items are unused/worn. Return shipping is at your own cost, and it should be within 14 days of purchase date.

Items on sale are nonrefundable, but exchange is acceptable within 14 days of purchase.
